Cancellation Policy

  • Ready stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Custom orders can be cancelled fully before production begins.
  • Once custom production starts, refunds are subject to material and making charges.

Return Eligibility

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Purity or hallmark discrepancies.
  • Incorrect item delivered against order details.

Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, with original packaging, certificate, and invoice.

Exchange Options

Where eligible, we offer exchange value based on prevailing market rates and the condition of the returned item.

Inspection Process
